Receive your plan and book independently
Your written plan arrives within seven business days after production begins. Review it, use your optional call or minor refinement if needed, and book directly when ready.

- You will book and manage your own reservation
What's outside the scope?
This is pre-booking research, not a booking or travel-management service. It excludes reservation handling, supplier communication, flight and hotel research, detailed excursions, and post-booking support.

Will you book the cruise for me?
Not as part of The Alaska Cruise Plan. Your $200 plan includes personalized research, recommendations, and guidance to help you book independently. Prefer to have JLW handle the arrangements? Your completed plan includes a one-page invitation to apply for separate booking and travel management services, with a QR code and application link. These services are not included in the $200 fee and are subject to individual review, availability, scope, terms, and additional fees.
Do I need to know which cruise line I want?
Not at all. Bring your shortlist or start from scratch. We'll research suitable options.
Are the prices in my plan guaranteed?
No. Prices and availability can change. Your plan includes a dated public pricing snapshot, not a held fare or cabin.
Does the $200 planning fee go toward my cruise fare?
No. The fee covers research and your written plan, not cruise fare or other travel expenses.
How soon will I receive my plan?
Within seven business days of production starting. Production starts the next business day after payment, assessment, signed agreement, documented insurance decision, and any required clarification are complete.
What if I want something changed?
One consolidated minor refinement is included. Major changes to your trip may require additional fees or a new plan.
